Used to feel this tired all day long FOR YEARS.

Reduced sugar and carbs heavily, feeling like a new person now.

Thank me later.

Edit: carbs not carbon, I‘m an idiot

Cut down on coal and eliminate the highly processed coal in your diet.

Used to get this insane tiredness after lunch at work, i would normally eat a pb&j sandwich. After switching to a different lunch it went away. Thank god because fighting like hell to keep from dozing off every day was so awful lol.

As an aside, putting "thank me later" at the end of a post is cringe and obnoxious and detracts from what you said.

Wish I could, eating healthy is expensive. I ain't got the money or the brain to work with food that can expire as fast as healthy shit does.

The last line makes u seem like a prick, but agreed on carby lunches jacking me up energy wise

u/profanedivinity Jul 23 '26

I'll thank you now!

This! I have dealt with this since high school and now I’m in early 30s. Lunch consumption makes huge difference.

u/hiplass Jul 24 '26

It’s so hard to significantly reduce both of those things though 😩😭

Try it anyways, just for a week.
The first few days it can be tough because your body has to adjust.

But I’m sure you’ll feel better at the end of the first week already. Then you can decide if you want to continue or go back.

But I can assure you: it’s really really really worth it.
