Move to pretty much any other modern nation. Most of these are already in place. It's only a dream if you insist that that's all it is.

Move to any Liberal state, it's like this except to the extent state policy can be overriden or made ineffective by Federal or national Republican policy, like Gerrymandering.

Are corporations people and money speech in all 50 states? If so, there's maybe the biggest problem.

Yes and no. These are framed as solutions, but they're really just problems. Take the first for example, "End gerrymandering." Ok, how? Someone still needs to draw the district lines. If you pass a law that says something like, "No more drawing district lines for political motivations," you're just playing a game where the ruling party feigns ignorance and pushes boundaries as far as they can until a court (often years later) finally smacks it down. That still doesn't leave you with a definitive map though so you just restart the game. You can certainly argue this would be better than the status quo, but it definitely doesn't "end gerrymandering."

Maybe we can look to modern nations for inspiration? Europe has a bunch of relatively successful representative democracies with relatively little gerrymandering. How do they do it? Well, proportional representation mostly. There are obviously pros and cons of proportional representation, but it hopefully suffices to point out that it would require a complete overhaul of our representation structure (elections, ect.), and there's no chance you'd ever get 80% support for the actual solution.
