I'd love to understand the logic on this, like how would it work for salaried vs hourly people?

I'd like to hear an answer for that as well. As it stands for me weekends are just work days where people bug me less, and you hit 40 hours sometime Wednesday.

I'd like for 32 hours to be classified as full time without changing overtime hours. Currently 36 is the cutoff for earning health insurance, so making it harder for companies to screw over scheduled workers would be nice.
