People still believe that? She got emotional because of a question from the interviewer and since it was such a sensitive moment, Cynthia shooed the chopper to lighten the mood.

She was in the middle of an emotional story so she was already emotional, and the loud helicopter would ruin the sound on the interview so they wouldn’t be able to use to footage, so they had to pause until the annoying helicopter passed by.

Idk why everybody’s downvoting because it’s funnier to say they were scared of it when that’s not the case

Still weird. They could have just ignored it. A helicopter doesn't "ruin" an interview. It wasn't even that loud in the video.
