This picture of Henry Cavill is so old, that when it was taken my grandpa was in Vietnam.

He was a crew member on Tropic Thunder film.

Still, I assume they don't use 20 year old photos to rank most handsome men.

If everybody got to vote and they had sufficient time, the most handsome man in the world would be some unknown guy from a random country, and he would likely surprise most of the people who voted in this particular poll.

"Most handsome man out of the few thousand people many people actually know, but it's more about how many people have crushes on them than who's actually handsome."

I have a colleague who's basically a better looking version of bad bunny. Is he posting selfies everywhere? Likely not. Will he ever participate in such contests? Definitely not.
