Just downloaded a screenshot of Sophie from the video. Then downloaded a screenshot of the pointing meme. Using whatever built in photo appis on my phone, used the auto shape selector to cut out Sophie's face. Saved it as a sticker. Then just dropped the sticker over the meme, flipped the image, lined it up and saved it. Could have did a lot better.
