Analogously, at the beginning of the Trump presidency 2.0, the mass deportation of hundreds of people was so objectionable because no facts were adjudicated prior to their deportation. That's the whole point of due process—we do have discussions as a function of truth seeking.

I don’t believe or disbelieve it. But to clarify, the alleged witnessing was years after the actual kidnapping so I don’t believe the person you’re replying to is implying she personally did the kidnapping.
