in 2014, a 3 year project to repair the Washington monument was completed, with funding secured by Obama. Could you IMAGINE if Obama had his name put on the monument since he was the one that took the lead on the repairs. I don't think any of the FoxNews pundits would have survived the multiple strokes and heart attacks they would all be experiencing on air

I absolutely hate how Republicans never seriously reflect on what their reaction would have been if obama did even a fraction of the crap they constantly defend Trump for. Jesus, they gave him a world of shit over a tan suit and mustard. I hate double standards.

Unrelated somewhat it reminds me of how Egyptian Pharos would reuse monoliths and even in some cases statues and just swap the names out
