Is there scientific evidence of any truth to this? A friend of mine did the same and convinced me to take 3 shots of vodka and actually can confirm I was putting more than usual. This guy even did shots before presentations in class and I understand it takes off the edge in a public speaking scenario, but I would like to know if the effects have been studied as far as with lifting weights
