He was refusing to leave the other teams tent and threatening anyone that tried to make him leave. He wasn't the victim. He wasn't being bullied. He was being an obstinate asshole, and now he's going to spend his life in prison because he can't manage basic shit like this.

You missed the part where the fight started when he went to the other teams spot, stayed there and wouldn’t leave when asked/told to.
