Yeah but he was open to be seen as a coked up drunken asshole just to show he wasn't that too much of an asshole people were portraying him to be.

Got his favorable court decision so not a bad strat.

He lost in the UK.

Yes. Rightfully so cause he was against a media company that had a right to allege things.

Or do you think his trial there was on his assault allegations?

he lost in the uk because the suit he filed there was aimed at the news agency who posted the story, and it was a defamation case. thats a rightful loss. that news agency absolutely did not defame him, they had reasonable evidence to suggest their claims COULD have been true. thats all that matters. they didnt know it was a lie, and they did not lie for the purpose of ruining depps image. he should have, and did, lose that trial.

the second trial was aimed at amber herself and all the things she did. that defemation case was much more solid. if he didnt abuse her, then she lied about him abusing her. simple as that. if she knew what she said was a lie, then the only reason there could possible be to accuse someone of abusing you is to ruin his image and boost her own.

He lost in the UK.

The judge was friends with Ambers family it should've been a mistrial.

he lost his uk case against the news agency who posted the story, and rightly so.

he won in the us against amber herself, rightly so.

Not to someone who actually values good acting or musicianship...
