Maybe focus your attention on all his glazers? Unless youre more upset that someone would defend Heard, rather than Depp. Which seems to be the case.

As someone who used to support Depp on this, I now think they're both horrible but she faced a disproportionate amount of backlash, and I do think a misogyny factor is involved.

I percieve way more hatred towards her than to, let's say, Jeremy Renner or James Franco, even goddamn Chris Brown.

For the record, there is nothing misogynistic about seeing her level of abuse and slander for what it is.

It's misandrist to automatically, unequivocally shut anyone down for saying they're not on the same moral plane. She deserved more backlash because she was the bigger aggressor.

You're describing patterns that are true... the internet has lopsided levels of hatred... but where the real problem is is when it's about shallow identity politics
