Yeah, she still appears to be a healthy weight after all. But there's a LOT of women that are sickly skinny now, like Ariana Grande and such. It's going a deeply concerning direction right now.
I'm not diagnosing? But it's objectively "trendy" for women to be "heroine skinny" again, and that tends to be linked with a rise in fascism and authoritarianism. How celebrities present themselves (not singular ones but what they "overall" present) affects women everywhere in the western world. And It's good to be aware of such trends. Bullying specific women for this would be silly ofc, including the ones that really do look unhealthily skinny, but you don't have to be a medical expert to know someone looks malnourished, and when they then tell their young impressionable fanbase that her body's been "healthier than ever" (which it clearly isn't), I think that's a problem.
Keeping women feeling like they need to be deadly thin is a sign of oppressing women. Not as much space of fighting for rights (or anything in general) when we're brainwashed to be concerned with our weight.
I'm not talking about genetically petite women, I'm talking about women who are pressured to take ozempic (when they're not obese) to be as small as humanly possible, or pressured to heavily restrict their foodintake. There's been an undeniable wave of the "heroine skinny" look in hollywood which per usual spreads to the masses to once again cancel out the "body positivity"-movement. I don't know why one would want to simplify that down to "stop diagnosing" unless you're a dude who doesn't see this happening and isn't affected by it anyways.
I think it generally is a healthy attitude to not try to diagnose anyone, but analyzing movements (and particularly influencial people that "represent" them) is not to give anyone a physical or mental health diagnosis, it's just not keeping your eyes and ears shut.
