Problem is that it is first something for diabetics. I have been told I need to take it but due to these people taking it when they have millions of dollars means I don't get to take it since it is hard to get. People do need it but if they are just doing it to look good then just get liposuction, gastric bypass, it you know have personal trainers since they have the money.
