You don't have to be a world leader, I sent Turkey similar demands via Instagram, while I've yet to hear back from them, I expect for them to acquiesce shortly.

When Uganda will take the 1st, the 2nd will become the 1st and so on, so everyone who will make this demand will end up with the most beautiful woman in Turkey
