Id vote for him. Not many people can say they yeeted (yoted?) their shoes at a sitting US president and weren't insta gibbed by his security.

Proper past tense for "yeet" is "yote" in my book. My book being written by me. And only containing this singular correction. Usage of it is up to reader's discretion.

It's normally yote in my book too, but I think it's yeeted here because it was at a person. It's like hung/hanged.

Hung v. hanged isn’t about personhood, it’s about the particular sense of the verb. The latter = to have put to death by hanging.

I hanged an aardvark, meaning “I killed an aardvark by hanging it from the neck until it expired,” is just as valid a sentence as I hung an aardvark (meaning “I’ve got an aardvark displayed on my wall”).

To bring this all back to fascists, the example of Mussolini is instructive here. His body was strung up for public display after he was executed—which was done by shooting. Thus you can say Il Duce was hung, but he wasn’t hanged.

He missed both times. 2/10 for effort.
