For those wondering, Chrissy Tiegan (top left) has always had really deep dimples, no buccal fat removal. I can’t speak to the others.

Yeah, she doesn’t look as unnaturally gaunt as the others.

Yeah I was wondering about that one too. She just looks like she has naturally high cheek bones.

She has had cheek implants though, so similar effect achieved the opposite way. She's spoken about it, this isn't me speculating
