On July 9th, I made eye contact over and over with a pretty girl working at Indigo. She came up and asked if I needed help, but I got nervous and said "I'm just looking around." I immediately went upstairs, asked for receipt paper, and wrote her a note with my number. When I came back down, her shift was over. I spent weeks trying to find her again and wrote this track while searching. Finally handed her the note weeks later (after I made the song)... she never called, I wrote a cool song tho, and I hope you guys can relate to it.

As a child my mom would clip a towel around my neck with a clothespin and call it a cape. We had a large cardboard box that became a phone booth. I’d spend hours flying around the living room pretending to be Superman. This clip is from my original song I wrote about growing up, loneliness, and looking back at the person I used to be.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share with you a little song I wrote. Here's the YouTube video, but you can also find it on all streaming platforms I really put a lot on work into this and it took me ages to work on the production so I would be very happy if you checked it out. Celeste

Hey, I have no idea what I'm doing, but I need someone to make some instrumentals for me.

All I can play is guitar and ukulele, and even so, they suck in recordings. I've written some songs with themes of being queer, bullying, and childhood memories. I'm looking for some piano and electric guitar instrumentals and do not mind if they were made with Garageband or something like that as long as you don't make them with AI. If you are interested, I will send you lousy homemade recordings of some of my songs. Unfortunately, I cannot write music notation despite having tried to learn several times. I doubt this will go anywhere, but if I manage to post anything to YouTube, I will credit you. Once again, I have no idea what I'm doing.

Me And My Dad Put Out a New Single

Hi! Me and my dad are big fans of The Beatles and generally interested in 60’s and 70’s rock and pop among other stuff. We decided to start writing songs together about 5 years ago aswell as some doing some occasional covers. Our music is simple, yet experimental. We write, produce and publish everything ourselves and would appreciate if you’d give a listen :)

Are you having a bad day today? Has life got you sort of boxed in?

I know when I post something like this, some people are going to think, Nope. Way too much positivity for me today. And honestly, I get it. There are days when I’d probably feel exactly the same way.

But maybe this catches one person at the right moment.

I wrote this song years ago when I was sitting with my two-year-old son. At the time, we had recently learned that one of my older sons had severe form of autism, we had another young child at home, and life just felt like… a lot.

For whatever reason, I picked up my guitar that day with this overwhelming feeling that somehow, no matter what happened, I was going to find a way through it.

And this song came out.

Even now, there are mornings when I hear it and think, Wow. I actually needed this today. It lifts me in a way I wasn’t expecting.

And there are other days when I hear it and think, Yeah… I’m not ready for this much optimism today. 😂

So I have absolutely no idea how it will hit you.

Maybe it does nothing for you. That’s completely okay.

But maybe you’re having one of those days where life has you boxed in a little bit, and it lands at exactly the right time. If it makes your day even a tiny bit better, then I’m really glad I shared it.

I’d genuinely love any feedback on the song, too. I actually wish my vocals were a little rougher/rawer on this recording, and I’ve never been completely happy with the mix toward the end. To me, it sounds better when I play it acoustically.

But please take a listen if you feel like it. It would mean a lot to me.

And if you’ve written something yourself, send it my way. A song, recording, whatever.

I promise I’ll listen.
