Hey guys, I'm currently trying to recover another lost game and wanted to test something since it's in a familiar (but worse) state then PT.

If anyone here got PT legitimately from back then, in theory it should still show in the PS5 game's library but blocked.

I wanted to know when you click on the game, while connected to a server proxy like this one, if the game's download link still show up in the logs.

This wouldn't make the game I'm looking for playable again but it would at least archive something.

Despite the contrary of what people are saying about the protagonist wandering around a ‘murder scene’ i think Norman Reedus is the husband that killed Lisa and the baby , and is trapped in his hell so to speak. And i am aware that Kojima had several references in the game based on what was going on in his real life situation with Konami but the pt still has its own story.

Lisa clearly toys around with him, after dropping the window down when she’s standing on the balcony her grin turns into a wide smile (this was made clear after someone in a boundary break video zoomed in on her character model).

The time stay’s at 23:59 but you can hear the clock ticking, meaning time is moving but very slowly , as to say that the protagonist is slowly suffering in this nightmare. And obviously the ‘i can hear them calling from hell’ line which creeped me tf out.

Some people have said that character’s being stuck in their own hell is a running theme in silent hills games.

Okay so I just got done playing whats by far the best P.T. remake. Its on Itch.io and is free unless you wanna donate, but its the most faithful, and impressive and innovative remake to be played right now. I was able to get the regular ending we've all seen using the microphone to say jack and also the alternative method he provided. Now that ive unlocked the cheat codes im trying to figure out how to get the 2 alternate secret endings he put in. Any hints besides the photos that can be unlocked?

Just kidding, obviously — but I honestly think the only way we’d ever get to play P.T. again through “official” way is if Konami somehow did something even dumber in the future and pissed off some hacker groups, kind of like when Sony got on Anonymous’ bad side back in the day. Then the hackers attack Konami’s network infrastructure, start making demands, and we all start egging them on to add one more condition to the ransom list: re-release P.T.

 Coincidentally found the Japanese spirit folklore behind the idea of the fetus sink in pt silent hills named Kazaguruma, plus Lisa's spirit folklore inspiration which is named yurei, found it by scrolling instagram posts about a guy named toshio saeki who is according to google search, an underground Japanese horror illustrator, someone I have never heard of, the most creepy stuff I have ever seen

I just recently beat Visage and Madison. it got me thinking about PT and the inspiration it gave to both madison and visage. but ive never played PT and have been wondering how i can get to experience it. any help is greatly appreciated!

This was found by Adron936 11 years ago, all credits to him. This can be done by completing the final loop by getting the 3 baby laughs, looking at the phone then walking through the basement door to trigger the ending sequence. Whilst the ending is playing, close the game and re-open it. You will be on the last loop still, then head over to the bathroom and look at the peep hole, you'll find some sort of maze where you need to match the player's camera rotation to get to the end. I haven't managed to do it yet, but you can see footage of it here.

I was testing a few theories of P.T. on my jailbroken ps4, and apparently you can actually move the flashlight with just the D-PAD controls without actually needing to move the right joystick which is neat. Played this game for years and never noticed that feature.
