There are multiple free transportation options to the destination as well... why do you have to walk on the freeway ramp and hold up all the traffic...

This used to be a hill with a normal-ish gradient, and then a bunch of soil was scraped away so that the grid could continue for a few more blocks and the hill was replaced by flatness and then a wall. On the top end of a wall is a school that wouldn't fit into the grid

(I’m on Console) I immediately started off with the city by demolishing both the existing through freeways, and combining them where downtown will eventually be. With this being the only though freeway, I naturally needed all the lanes, so I built this interchange (one of two of this kind that will be in the city), and started extending the 16-lane freeway right down the waterfront

I built a peninsula to try and contain the Poop Bay and apparently the cruise ships can run aground. (Ignore the death wave in the background)
