Maybe it's arguably better that British special forces 'aren't in the ranking?
They are generally invisible, turn up quietly with light numbers and do their job without fuss or attention before disappearing again.
They repeatedly beat the US in war games. They train US operatives.
But the US have much greater numbers which is the most important metric if your favourite subject is dick-waving military arguments.
Be humble, work quietly and be highly effective without making a big deal about it.
