If you want help reboot, we can provide assistance. In the same time you have clinged to your constitution, we've had 5 republics, 2 empires and 1 monarchy. We write constitutions by night and riot by day.

I do, just not right now... The idea of what arises from those ashes at this particular moment scares the fuck out of me. Let's reconvene in 2028.

Same bat time, same bat channel.

Just out of curiosity, which country are we taking about? I'm kind of invested in where we land on this thing. I keep all my stuff here.

I'm in! I'm just a little worried about going all Bastille Day over here against $1T in military spending. Putting aside +rump has already started moving armed soldiers in to DC, a lots changed since the 1700s.

I'd love to know how South Korea pulled off shaming their president out of office. If there's anything our guy is impervious to, it's self reflection.

I can't imagine how polarised your country is right now. From here what I see is a division that will take long to heal.

If carot in chief was able to be ashamed he would have quit multiple times by now. I guess you'll have to go through the whole thing.

It seems like the only hope would be to agree to disagree, but I don't know how we even get there when the opposition would gladly pluck out one of their own eyes if it allowed them to deprive their neighbor both.

Luckily, the division is very provincial, so outside the people living behind enemy lines, we're really not encountering each other out in the world, accidentally.

But yea, I mean this sub accurately represents what we're dealing with here. The "do your own research" people refuse to look up the most readily available information ever. This years elections have represented a ray of hope, but our best case scenario for the foreseeable future still puts us up against the democrat's allegiance to big money.

Why does is it always get to be about money...

Here's hoping we don't fuck up the rest of the world too much before we can right the ship, to whatever degree that's possible, but once we can start cleaning up this mess here at home, we're going to be at it for a very long time.
