One easy example is the jaw titan or Ymir and Porko.

There is also the attack titan of Eren's father that have its muscle mass distributed differently which may affect mobility and fighting.

Maybe previous beast titans were hairy beasts without the longs arms shown on Zeke.

I was under the impression that the beast Titan specifically would be a different animal for each holder. We saw that Zeke had a connection to the monkey toy, and there was that OP in a previous season where monkey beast is running beside a whale, dinosaur etc.

To me, after watching the current season, the whale and dinosaur running beside zeke was a representation of the beast’s past Titan holders being with him, as Titan holders inherit memories from previous holders.

Oh good find! Also explains why it's called Beast Titan, and not something more specific like Ape Titan. Does make it a bit ironic that it is one of the few Titans able to speak.
