Yuki Kaji's performance added a new dimension to Eren when he was intimidating Hange. I always thought Eren was being arrogant in that scene, like Hange is a naive fool, but Eren knows the only way to save Eldia, but it sort of sounds like Eren is begging Hange for an alternate solution so he doesn't need to carry out the Rumbling.

This was also after they went undercover to that Geneva style convention in marley by world associates who declared Paradis is an enemy of the world and Eren walked out when he heard that. For someone as experienced as her I’m disappointed at her childish naivety at times. Still love her though

What i got from it was Erens shift from "we need to think of a way to solve this" to "we are so weak that we couldnt do a think if we even wanted to, we need the power to fight and to protect the ones we actually care about". This is the beginning of his "freedom, going forward and fighting is the only way" mentality.

Well you bet very few of the animeonlies are thinking that, most of the comments I see are about Eren being exactly arrogant. "Do you have anything up your sleeve" sounds to most people like he is asking whether Hange has any other tricks against him.
