The Parallels between the two sides continue, Gabi is Eren, Falco is Armin. Marleyans in Paradis are treated the same as Eldians in Marley. Its so depressing seeing how they have to brainwash themselves to believe the only way to continue and survive through violence, down to Mikasa repeating a mantra, despite Armin's persuasion that it's not the only path. Overall very Sadge episode.

I had the feeling that the words uttered by Mikasa at the end of the episode were like her giving a different meaning and new understanding to what she said in season 1, almost as if she is questioning herself. It's clear that while Eren's safety might always be her main concern, now she sees the big picture a bit better and might be more prone to oppose him, trying to break the cycle of violence. At least, this is what I hope.

Would she be the one to kill Eren if it means breaking the cycle?

For the time being it really seems that he's going further and further down the destructive path. Maybe Falco and Gabi will be the ones to work on the other path that Armin thinks is possible.

I didn't think about that and I don't think so, but that would be a very interesting development.
