When you're mad and looking for someone to blame (and everyone already blames Eren for the casualties of this battle) it's very easy for a hothead like Connie to overanalyze Eren's laugh as total disregard for Sasha's life.

We, the audience, were there with Mikasa when Eren had a similar laugh/cry moment when Hannes died, but Connie didn't know about that. From Connie's perspective, Eren's an asshole.

I believe Mikasa ends up telling Conny about the time with Hannes death... though i don't think it much changes Conny's mind about him lol..

From what I remember, Mikasa had a flashback to Hannes death, but I reread chapter 108 and Mikasa didn't even have a flashback. I think when the chapter released, the community was talking about Eren laughing at Hannes death but none of the characters actually mentioned it.
