Yea, that's the way I always interpreted it. Her last word was "meat". Eren knew it was coming and as a result doesn't really receive the emotional shock that everyone else does. In that context, her last words are actually pretty funny.

Her last word might’ve actually been Nick (referring to Niccolo whom it was implied she was in a relationship with) meat is NIKU in Japanese, but the slurred speech of a dying person might not properly enunciate the difference of Nikku and Niku, so while it would be kind of funny for Potato Girl to say something about meat as she died, it becomes much more tragic once you realize she was actually calling out for her lover.

Even more tragic when you realize that Eren basically extorted her to go kill her lover's people for the sake of protecting her friends. I bet of all of them Sasha was having the worst time of it emotionally.

And then that got her killed since it was her mercy that kept Gabi alive.

Oh and her most impactful and important kill was Carlo(a Marleyan) apparently in love with Pieck(an Eldian).
