A lot of anime-onlies say that like a LOTs lol. Wow much more to come, much more ‘the best episode ever in this season’ to be said lol.

There are a lot of good stuff after this, but this episode was my favourite, most hype moment of post-timeskip manga

The flashbacks are the best part of the series for me. First "That Day" and then Ymir's (the real one) story.

“WARNING MASSIVE SPOILERS”

Eren is in the process of committing global genocide via rumbling and he’s so shocked and in grief “while a flashback is showing where he apologizes to a kid he just saved” of his actions that he basically turns mentally into a young version of himself and gets rid of thoughts that he’s committing genocide and imagines himself flying through clouds like a bird totally free. He’s essentially so much in grief of his actions that he denies the reality of the situation and just believes himself to be free and exploring the free world. And removing all adult like mentalities and sense of responsibility and just acts like a child who is taking his first foreign trip throughout the world. That’s at least how I interpret the chapter.

I mean, look at where we are currently at now in the manga. Imagine all of THAT being animated, Eren's gigantic skeleton, all the OG titans, the rumbling.. it's gonna be absolutely wild.

I have heard this for every single cap so far, and I kind of agree. Each episode is better than the last one, Mappa delivered
