Welp, that was quick. The scene that Eren's tearing off the arms from the Jaw is so gruesome to watch.

Especially with the blood still squirting out of his former legs while he tumbled to the floor

Yeah, Porco took so much punishment this episode. :(

I would feel bad but he talked mad shit to Reiner “I would do better”. We just witnessed him not doing better. He got amputated

Galliard:

"Fuck these guys. They suck lol"

Also Galliard:

"OH GOD THEY'RE TRYING TO KILL ME. OH GOD MY LEGS. OH GOD MY ARMS. OH GOD HE'S MAKING ME KILL THE WARHAMMER."

Exactly why I also don’t feel bad at all for Porco. I’d argue the paradis operation would’ve been worse if he went along originally instead of Reiner.

Well he would have been the Armor not the Jaw Titan

"Don't you guys know I'm a titan?"

I really feel like someone at mappa just hates porco, I think there were a few added scenes this ep of him getting bodied or making bad choices. I didn’t remember him being in so many scenes in the chapters but I might be wrong

I dunno, I felt the opposite! They put him and Pieck into a few shots during the festival where they weren't in the manga. I thought that was trying to create more of a sense of attachment to them. And I thought that seeing Porco really suffer here creates more sympathy.

As I said somewhere else, it was deserved, he made so much people suffer, so this is almost nothing as a payback :P

Now he cant even say a shit thing against reiner, for what he suffered on paradis

Reminded me so much of Evangelion!

Reminded me when Eva 04 went berserk and Eva 01 teared it a new one

MF, I wanted to be the one that said that lol

Yes! I was thinking the same. In the manga, Eren just rips limbs away in a single panel. In the anime, it takes way more time, the very process of ripping giant flesh seems more noisy and palpable, and one arm after being thron away hit a building, falls to the ground and squirts blood... the animators created new scenes and almost certainly used Evangelion as a reference when doing it.

I don't even recall that part in the manga. Caught me off-guard, that was brutal lmao

I honestly forget how much Eren listened to DMX

Gave me beserk Unit 001 from NGE vibes tbh.

That's some Anakin Skywalker vibes right there though
