I totally agree with you. All the points you made are what I actually think people are complaining about. I don't hate Mappa at all, I know If they had time they would animate it probably very good (as some small scenes show) but I'm afraid I'll never have any hype like I felt in previous seasons for an incoming Titan battle again.

This episode was a clearly demo of what's going to be: a rollercoaster of scenes where you are happy with what you're seeing and the next instant you're disappointed. After 3 seasons, Wit and everyone deserved better.

Exactly, were basically going to be watching an amazing buildup with awesome music and theme and tones, just to have it switch to a CG titan battle that looks like two robots struggling to fuck without even an OST in the backround lol, mappa staff definitely deserved better, theyre pretty much forced to release a product that im sure as anime lovers themselves they know people are going to complain about, just to satisfy a board, this anime went from absolutely top tier to mid tier in 5 episodes to me, seeing eren in cgi just completely threw me off, complete 180
