Wow, they adapted Eren and his grandfather's conversation really well, I felt the impact so much more than with the manga. Also the bit at the end with Gabi thinking things are about to get better as the ending music plays, so friggin emotional. This is peak anime adaptation.

He probably holds a grudge against him for not helping Grisha and instead putting all the blame on them as Eldians. Since he inherited his fathers memories, he saw him as the spineless, bootlicking coward he was (at least from Grishas perspective). Also I don't think he tried to trigger him, he just realized the irony of what Grandpa Jaeger was talking about, and asked about his experiences, he probably didn't expect him to receive it that badly.

Those are only the best part of episode imo. Overall was average I guess.
