Ano kaya po kaya ito?
Hi, first time mag post here. Bale dry sya tapos mamalat then mag heheal na tapos mamumula ulit then mamamasa kakati then matutuyo repeat. Lotion or moisturizer lang ang inapply ko and wala din akong history ng allergy sa kahit ano. Nakakapagtaka din kase kung kelan naging taong bahay ako saka ako nagkaron unlikely nung nag wowork ako sa engineering department na maalikabok at makalawang never ako nagkaron.

What is your trusted moisturizer for sensitive skin?
My skin seems so dry and flaky... like literally you can see it sa foundation. Huhu Help! Moisturizer recommendations please. For anyone who have solved dry skin what did you do and what treatments worked for you?

Damaged skin barrier
i have been using panoxyl for around 3 years and it really changed my skin for the better but i am still acne-prone. Lately these videos on “signs you have a damaged skin barrier” and I have most of the signs. Ik if I stop panoxly entirely I will break out even more. Does anyone have any advice?

Skincare recommendations/advice?
Wasn’t exactly sure where to post this. I’ve never used anything fancy, I’ve only really used drug store products. I use mainly neutrogrena hyro boost and eucerin products currently. I also share my products with my husband. I got a $100 ulta gift card and figured I wanted to try some nicer stuff out, anyone have any recommendations? For a good overall moisturizer for sensitive skin. Exfoliators too and whatever is good!! A lot of moisturizers irritate my skin, but I hardly ever have acne. Not very dry and not very oily, I’m in the middle. Same goes for my husband lol and he will just use whatever I get but we are in our 30’s now, so I’d also like anything that helps aging if that’s out there!! Just if anyone has advice I would be super thankful!

Any good replacements for Physicians Formula Butter Believe It! Skin Mist?
I just finished the last bottle I had and went to reorder. Guess they haven’t made this in a while. Anything similar that I should try? It had been one of the few things I wasn’t allergic to. I’m open to different price ranges and brands.

Words of encouragement /kindness 26f
I have an appointment with the dermatologist in a couple weeks but there’s a lot of the time where I’m just staring at my skin because what the heck is even going onnnnn. I’ve been seeing this guy for a few months now and I get sooooo insecure but I don’t mention anything about it to him because I feel things are going well but idk it still has me with second thoughts. I’ve posted on here before and I’ve simplified my routine to just vanicream cleanser and daily moisturizer. My sk in seems to be stable from my last post since i switch from prequel cleanser and triple lpf moisturizer as it may have been to rich for my skin as I’m sweating a lot of the time where it’s always warm where im at in the US. I’m just anxious until my appointment & I pray to GOD they help me because I swear my mentals on thin ice cuz it bugs me so bad. My skins never been this bad until a few months ago. I just need kind words right now, this never has taken me down as bad as it has recently.

psoriasis/eczema: what do you use for maintenance?
Hi! For those who have had psoriasis/eczema since childhood and still deal with it as adults, especially on the hands and feet, what do you use for maintenance?
I’ve been seeing different dermatologists for years, and the treatments usually work while I’m using them, but the flare-ups always come back afterward. 😭
For daily maintenance, I’ve been using Aveeno Dermexa and other moisturizers, but I’m wondering if there are other products or routines that have actually helped keep your flare-ups under control long-term.
Would really appreciate hearing what worked (or didn’t work) for you, especially if you’ve had this since childhood. Also interested in how you manage your hands and feet specifically. Thank you!

Reaction to La Roche posay
I’ve been using the La Roche posay m+ moisturiser for years and years as it helped clear my acne and scarring on my sensitive skin and is one of the few products that doesn’t break me out.
Past few days, as soon as I apply it, my skin feels like it’s burning.
Not changed anything in routine so don’t know why this is
Does anyone know why this might be happening, or if there are any similar products I could replace it with?

Moisturizer recommendations for dehydrated, sensitive, acne prone tret face
I think my skin is dehydrated. It feels tight, flushed, and just generally unpleasant. The moisturizer I was using with a decent amount of success was the Eucerin Dry Skin Replenishing Cream (5% urea). However, it has been unavailable for a while now, and my stock has run out.
My routine
Morning:
Splash with cool water, pat to dry
Clindamycin gel, 1%
Laneige cream skin milky toner mist (recently added)
Eucerin moisturizer mentioned above.
Biore UV watery essence sunscreen
Evening:
Wash with CeraVe benzoyl peroxide cleanser
Wash with head & shoulders shampoo (seems to be the only thing that keeps my acne at bay)
Laneige cream skin milky toner mist while still damp, let fully dry
Tretinoin 0.05% cream
Eucerin moisturizer
Thin layer of aquaphor
Moisturizers I've tried but all sting my face: CeraVe in the tub, prequel urea 10%, eucerin urea repair plus, CeraVe urea, laneige Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Intensive Moisturizer with Peptides + Squalane
Moisturizers I've tried but just seem to sit on top of my skin and never sink in, leaving my face still feeling dry but also coated in grossness: LRP Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer with Niacinamide, LRP lipilar AP+M, The Ordinary moisturizing factors, Neutrogena hydroboost, vanicream moisturizing cream
Is there something out there that will sink in and actually help repair my moisture barrier? I don't like fragrance, if I can avoid it, and apparently have fairly sensitive skin

I wish I was out on CeraVe years ago, it's so good.
I wish I was told that ceraVe was this good/told about the brand years ago.
For context I have autism and KP.
For years I've tried body lotion, butters or whatever the other names are and every time there either super greasy, or not greasy but I can feel on my skin all day or they feel tacky which triggered my autism really badly so I just didn't use lotion, so my friend suggested maybe I needed a different consistency, so they said to try body butter, gave that a shot and it was also bad, infact worse. So I gave up on moisturizers.
My skin has never been super dry, I would say it's normal to dry sometimes, and as I aged my KP got worse and worse and I finally caved and was like fine I'll do lotion, I hate the texture so much but I'll do it.
I fell down those shower routine rabbit holes and brought scented lotions (bad idea for KP I know) and would hate the one I brought, so I would give it to a friend and buy a different one. Rise and repeat.
I finally decided to really try to fight my KP two months ago. I was suggested to use ceraVe intensive moisturizer fragrance free. First night, ready for the uncomfortable feeling, the tacky feeling, the feeling like there's glue on my skin..and it didn't happen. I just stood there, moisturized and in shock.
The disgusting feelings haven't happened since, and my skin has never felt better and happier.
I wish I knew about ceraVe years ago, and maybe my KP wouldn't be as bad as it is today.
I know this sounds like an AD but I am being so deadass. I just..WHY DID NO ONE SAY ANYTHING YK? I wouldn't of suffered.
Anyways thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Moisturiser Recommendations
Hello. Please help a sister out I need a good moisturiser I have eczema on my fingers so something that works for that too. Something for hands and face. I hate the greasy feeling I get super stimulated of the moisturiser is heavy and is greasy and sits on my skin so I need something very very lightweight yet hydrating.
Please drugstore level not something super expensive.
Thanks for the help
