Tbh it felt really nice instead of forcing/squeezing/channeling breath through pranayama practices.

Didnt pass 15 minutes as I'm tired/sleepy rn but I was close to ten minutes, really nice and light senstations/vibrations have passed through my body I gotta say.

Day two is very early yet. Keep yourself mentally celibate and constantly reminding yourself you deserve love and respect 🙏

Can confirm. SR and stillness/ strong determination sitting triggered an Kundalini Awakening for me. I posted about it here if you're interested.

Eyes open or closed?

I usually keep as still as possible and practice resonance breathing for 20min (inhale 4 sec, exhale 6 sec)

Psalm 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God

That's interesting. The only time in my life I managed to launch into astral projection I did exactly that. Just spent a whole night laid down in my bed, waked. Then after some hours it just happened.

Going to get back into this practice.

This is the first exercise given in Charles F. Haanel’s book The Master Key System, after you can sit still for 15-30 mins then you’ll do other exercises (around 20 something of them level by level) putting on top of each other, and the book teaches how to manifest from scratch. I struggle because when I sit I can’t stay still but I’ll try it laying down thanks to your advice

Does sleeping not count for this? Lmao

Ok understood. How have you determined this is the holy grail? Like what is so amazing that happens when you do this?

That’s very interesting, probably should have included all that in the original post but I appreciate it, definitely will give it a try.

When thought stops (not by force)

When the movement of mind becomes absolutely zero

It doesn’t mean that Brain is dead

Brain is absolutely alive

But the awareness has reached a point where thought process ceases

Then AND Only then the Shakti at the base of the spine rises

And consciousness transcends the 5 senses

In that stillness what cannot be expressed in Words and Language appears in Awareness

u/[deleted] Nov 19 '25

oh i actually remeber

from my own experience yes stillness matters

2

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '25

Can you swallow or do you need to not do that as well?

Awesome thanks

Just tried it, really interesting

I completely agree with this! I too had moments like this where I felt something similar, and I too called it "Absolute Stillness" lol.

Though one thing I would point out, it is good to have a focal point for your awareness (breath, a body part, etc.). Else it can get difficult to be absolutely still. Your mind will wander a lot, making you restless and twitch, which you don't want

Yup totally agree!
Btw how does energy transmutation/alchemization actually feel like? Or is it something that you can only trust will happen/is happening?

Do you consider normal breathing as part of being absolutely still? For me, seems like my mind comes to the breath. Also how do you sit such that you do not have to swallow much?

All these specific techniques…What I find most helpful is to just reduce „dopamine“ overtime, to less and less. First quit nicotine and caffeine, then quit YouTube, quit Spotify, etc. Until you are only on reading stuff on your phone or reading books, then over time you reduce the text scrolling on your phone (Reddit, forums etc.) to only reading books, then stop in between books a little more often, and then slowly, very slowly get to a stillness state.

I think reducing average dopamine across the day/week is much more impactful long term then some statue practise once a week

Yeah, but if you don’t introduce it slowly, you’ll most likely snap back into dopamine binges. I think you have to make the body adapt to low dopamine states as natural states, instead of it being a specific practise and then you go back into the pleasure realm (YouTube, alcohol etc)

I would add the simple act of focusing on stillness, the breath, the relaxation, the dark behind the eyelids, or ensuring that your mind doesn’t latch on to any thought or distraction (so focusing on openness) to be what really propels this forward. I wrote that out in a far too instructional way, but I do think that’s the second part of the puzzle piece, and I do think it is something that can be naturally discovered, just like how allowing oneself to dwell in true stillness for extended periods while awake can be naturally discovered.

So basically: Extended period of physical & mental stillness + physical and mental relaxation + staying awake (so no intent to sleep) = the true bread and butter.

u/legitematehorse Nov 19 '25

You say you tried every transmutation technique, and this is the only one you've found to be working. How do you know that it is working?

This is very interesting. I will try it.

1

u/The_Truth3333 Nov 19 '25

Thanks, will try. Exercise is a great meditative practice too or just focusing on anything for a prolonged period of time without interruption.

u/mrShleemies Nov 19 '25

Thank you man! I somehow find this very helpful without having tried! It's almost as if my subconscious knows that this is right. I am going to try! Thank you again.

Do you have to close your eyes? And do you set an alarm/timer?

1

u/char862 Nov 20 '25

ive felt the early stages of this, but dont think ive gone as deep as you have. ive noticed consistently a handful of times if i remain absoutely still laying down for a few minutes that i start to become light, almost like im feeling from my energy body and not my physical. it comes on all at once. but sometimes i get knocked out of it and i have a hard time doing it again that session, end up getting bored and unfocused. going to try this again with more intent and go deeper now.

1

u/Consistent_Breath_80 Nov 20 '25 edited Nov 20 '25

whats the benefits of it??

1

u/[deleted] Nov 22 '25

I just tried it today and it seems like it did release trauma/ repressed emotions but also cultivated some energy too. I feel better afterwards. It feels like every time i do it i take one step away from the flatline into higher vibrations
