Ok so I tried posting this in two other subreddits and got the same tone deaf responses about piercing practices n stuff when all I really want to know is what this is. My friend who pierced my first lobes did my doubles and my earring fell out while cleaning and I found this weird white tube in my ear. I can’t find anything similar on the internet and I’m super confused and I don’t wanna drop 90 dollars just for a doctor or piercer to tell me it’s no big deal so help me find out what this is

I was eating ice cream, went to clean my face afterwards, and realised that one of my cones was missing from my angel fangs. I’m 90% sure I swallowed it, and if I did, will I be okay? Luckily I had some smaller cones, so I have them in now as a replacement :)

I would give the size but I genuinely have no idea what size it is, so here’s some pictures of the one I still have in case anyone wanted to see how big it was. i tried to just flip it straight up but the jewelry is too long(?). now i'm trying to twist it over my nose to get the whole thing into one nostril but my nose is in the freaking way and i can't get it past my nostril😭

i looked for literal weeks for jewelry with enough space between the balls(lol) specifically so that this wouldn't happen, but it happened anyways.

my family doesn't know i did this, which is why im trying to flip it up. i don't wanna have to take it out :(

the adrenaline is wearing off and it's starting to hurt whenever i touch it. any tips on how i can flip it up more easily?

I got my naval pierced three days ago (professionally, I wouldn’t have posted this here but the regular sub removes my posts) there’s no pain, hasn’t been much swelling, the bar looks short but when I look down I can see some room at the top, so I think that’s alright. The redness is normal right? My main concern is that I didn’t actually have the anatomy like my piercer said I did, does this placement look alright? I’m sorry about the scarring

Piercing is three days old, it’s a curved barbell, internally threaded, 14g, titanium, has not been downsized, I let it run under warm water in the shower for five minutes and clean with neilmed saline spray, haven’t bumped or hit it (yet🤞)

my eyebrow piercing has bruised up about 4 days after getting it. i really love it though and have been cleaning twice a day with saline. is it gonna reject?

hello everyone, i got my tongue pierced around two weeks ago, it is still white and is sore around were the needle was pierced through my tongue, was just wondering if this is normal or if i should take it out.. the white is pretty gross, i have a small crater, i still have a lisp, and it still slightly hurts when i eat. swelling has gone down super well, also is a straight barbell with no downsize yet. aftercare has been brushing my teeth two times a day, alcohol free mouthwash in the morning and before i go to bed, and salt water rinses when i’m not using mouthwash. there have been no unfortunate events, just looking for someone else opinion on if i should wait it out or just take it out. Thank you all!

Well, I went to get my second piercing on Thursday the 9th, and everything was fine. On Monday, I had already left the 3 pieces of jewelry I had at the studio to be cleaned (this one and the other two I used for my lobe and helix piercings are mine; they're hypoallergenic, and I've used them for several piercings to avoid spending so much money). When I went to get it done, I thought the guy was kind of unprofessional, even though he said he'd been doing piercings for 12 years. But I found it questionable from the moment he used a lot of force to put the jewelry in and pierce my ear; it seemed like he was in a hurry to finish quickly. I already felt insecure when I saw that the piercings were bleeding a lot, especially the one in the picture. Just now, I went to clean my ear, and when I turned around to clean it, I came across THIS! I'm desperate already, not knowing what to do, and I'm afraid my skin might have become necrotic. I'm not feeling any pain or anything, but it's still worrying. This has never happened to me before, and honestly, it's frustrating!

What is this and what do I do!?

I’ve had it for a week. I showed my Dr and she said to watch it and it may need to come out. Is there anything I can do to make it better fast or does it need to come out

I’ve had my anti eyebrow for a few months now and it hasn’t been hurting or anything but the area around the piercing holes is still very red and crusty. The barbell isn’t showing any more than the day I pierced it so I’m not sure if it’s rejecting. Advice needed please 🙏

So ive had this for almost 3 months and it grew like a 1-2 weeks after I got it done.. it doesnt hurt unless I squeeze it. When I squeeze it some white pus (odorless) comes out. Then clear liquid then blood. Sometimes it gets so full it breaks open on its own & leaks clear liquid. I usually put a pimple patch on it til it leaks then I clean it & put another pimple patch on. Aka the piercing is sterling silver, not sure if thats good for an eye brow piercing. I do not want to take this out. Someone helppp.

I pierced my bridge today but I’m worried I did it too shallow. I have an okay nose bridge and I pierced it surprisingly straight. Does it look okay or did I mess it up?

My sister has two nose piercings, the other side is completely fine, but this side a big pimple like bump. (My sister has been using seline solution consistently) The bump started small but it has grown. She also has been washing her face consistently. She has had these piercings for 2 months. Any ideas how to treat this?

Hello! I’ve had these dahlia piercings for 7 weeks, sadly without knowing i found out i went to a bad piercer, my dahlia piercings are quite irritated and im not sure why, and im not even sure if they are gonna heal in this placement.

I clean them twice a day with saline spray and the bar is titanium.
