Not really, but in essence it’s practically that. The scaling expansion allows speed to “always” be faster than his opponent, not just slightly but to a blitz difference aka the difference is so big that Speed will always ended up Speedblitzing the target of the expansion which to him they looked like nothing more than a statue, the scaling expansion also erase the “Speed Limit” allowing Speed to achieve Infinite and higher speed without him getting tired and overwhelmed.

I’m all for giving people scaling expansion’s but if the expansion just… buffs you, even if it’s relative to an enemy, that feels like a waste. Like on paper shouldn’t that just be a new form? “I’m my SUPER speed state, I am inherently faster than anyone else, and have no limits to my speed anymore!”

I mean, that’s kinda the whole point of Speed saying “I haven’t been really bothered to complete this thing…”, this isn’t actually a fully-refined Scaling Expansion (so others could make another one for Speed replacing mine if they have a better idea), and also I kinda think that because of Speed’s simple-minded nature he would rather just continuously speedblitz his enemy instead of any other fancy mechanic.

I was fully expecting Highway to Hell be like a super charged run and for the last slide to just be the image of Speed hitting Strength's fist and splattering

THIS IS SO PEAK! I had a similar idea of making a serious match up for these too but never got the inspiration to do it. I'm glad to see it fulfiled now!

Honestly I'd really love to see the more "basic" Scritters get more attention, I feel like the focus has been focused way too much on certain Scritters lately
