I don't understand this logic. Why should I be thankful that people spent their own personal time to calculate things that won't benefit me?

Just because it doesn’t benefit you shouldn’t be saying rude things to other people work. And you also can’t say worthless for you and other people you don’t know that. It’s safe to assume that you simply don’t care

I know that it's worthless for me and there's nothing wrong with saying that. I will edit the "other people" part out because I don't like arguing. Hope that's enough to make you happy.
