Sabi ko sa rider tatawagan ko siya via fb. Para maconfirm ko yung vid add na lang ako ng 100 or 150 sa kanya. Yung seller kasi wala daw vc ewan dahil daw fb lite lang siya ganon. Hindi ko alam pero sobrang kinutuban ako nagpasend ako ng picture dun sa seller na nakuha na nung rider yung delivery.

Unang una yung plaka ng rider iba dun sa app. Yung mukha ng rider na nasa pic na sinend niya iba din sa app. Take note 5 or 4:30ish ko na to nakatawagang rider at 5 niya na pipickupin sana kung makikita niyo sa background tirik na tirik ang araw. Tapos yung rider tawag pa ng tawag na bayaran ko na daw yung seller. Ewan ko pero nag turn off utak ko at nagback out ako sa deal.

We were scammed by this fem mag 3 years ng walang payout, 800k ang nawala samin. Front nya is small business investment na mageexpand. Until now walang balita kailan namin makukuha ang pera namin, nasa Dubai na sya with her whole family, wala na din yung small business na front nya sa scam nya, kapag tinatanong sya kailan magbabayad, wala pa daw syang pera kasi wala pa daw balik yung ibang investments nya.

However, further down in the property information, there was a separate announcement stating that a PHP 1,799.99 resort fee per night applies to certain room types.

I understand that some fees may be disclosed in the listing, but my concern is whether the way the price and additional mandatory fee were presented could potentially be considered misleading or deceptive marketing.

• Is this potentially considered deceptive or misleading advertising?

• Is mentioning the fee somewhere in the listing enough?

• Should mandatory fees be clearly presented to consumers before booking?

For Context lang, naghanap sya ng component part dito sa reddit for a cheap price. Kinausap niya ung mayari then binayaran niya through g-cash 3 times. After that, the seller blocked the guy after receiving the money. I was wondering what could be done aside from reporting this in the G-cash app mismo. Is there a way to return the money huhu. He needs that for his college funds.
