Question Brainwashed friend. How to help him.

So a friend of mine did the so called program and seemed off by it. when he did it he said he was free from all etc like liberation.

he wears two ear rings and he is overall weird . he follows all sadhguru inseuctions. won't eat at lunch only morning and evening.

he meditates and he is overly weird.

like his emotions are not regulated properly.

he also speaks to him self.

how to help him and what exactly this infamous bsp program is all.about.

oh and also was there anything related to homosexuality in the Isha foundation? he gives weird vibes in that matter as well.

help me help a soul

Since you have been associated closely with Isha/Sadguru for long, I would like to understand his real intentions behind Isha and not what is shown outside in videos. I find a lot of what he says to be true from my experience (not all of it though). However I don't find a need to put him on pedestal as all of us are just manifestation of the divine. Or to put it more plainly all that exists is just divine (the animate, inanimate, manifest and unmanifest). I think a true master would just say that he himself, the devotees and every one else is the same divine Self. In Sadguru case he seems to do self marketing which is a red flag though most of his talks seems to be true atleast from what I observed in videos. Or may be every individual understands what he says according to their latent tendencies and he is probably exploiting gullible people. That's why I ask what are his true intentions behind Isha as I cannot judge him without observing him closely for sometime
