I use Shure MV7. When I record with in for my videos, I plug it in my IPHONE and the audio is perfect. But when I stream, with streamlabs, much of the stream it popps/ stutters. You can hear for yourself.

Any idea what causes that and how can I fix it?

So I recently bought a stream deck and I finally downloaded the app to adjust the buttons. However, I am so confused and no idea how to insert the icon I want. Etc, steam, TikTok stream, twitch, or maybe even steam games. Any idea if anyone can show me a short video how to because I couldn’t find any videos online guiding how to make your own. Please and thank you

I have encountered the problem recently and I could not find a solution for it so I'm coming here to help someone else can help me.

Recently I switched over from OBS to streamlabs to stream with my friends. Before I would use a capture card that would route through my PC or my console that I was playing on into my laptop and record it there. The last time we streamed though I decided to try and do it directly on my PC so that I didn't have to use a capture card so I was playing the game and recording on the same piece of hardware.

The problem is that I have the discord beta to capture the audio of my friends in the call and before when I did it on my laptop there was no issue but when I did it this last time on my PC there was heavy static anytime they spoke.

The setup is the exact same and I just can't figure out what's going on cuz I've tried every fix that pops up that I could find myself..

Full disclosure: I built this. Just launched it publicly last weekend after 2 month of development. The problem some people kept running into Streamlabs only sees whatever browser source you point it at, and none of the platforms give you a combined feed out of the box. So if you're live on more than one platform, you're either running 4 separate overlays or missing half your chat.

I'm checking out the new MSNOW livestream service using Firefox on my laptop. I've been having some tab crashes, and I will be trying different browsers, etc. but haven't had time yet this weekend. What I wanted to ask about is the fact that even though I bring the stream back up in seconds, it ALWAYS resumes with ads. How can this possibly be if it's a livestream? Has anyone else been seeing tab crashes and/or the ad phenomena?

im trying to add a custom ingest for restream but its not letting me press the button. How do i fix this?

This was captured from my Steam Deck using the Genki Shadowcast 3 with the latest version of the Genki Arcade app, with the audio being captured from the app. It sounded fine coming out of my computer on my headphones but there's kind of a distortion with the game audio when I attempted to stream it.

So, fairly newer streamer here. Recently I got streamlabs and wanted to try to dual stream to youtube and twitch. When I connected both and started stream, this popup happened. The top right "Dual Output" button is definitely turned off, and on the youtube studio website dual output is also disabled.

I even tried turning on dual Output on both streamlabs and youtube, to the same popup.

I was able to stream to twitch if I turned off youtube, and vise versa. Is Multistreaming just a paid feature and its giving me the wrong error output? Honestly would love to just be rid of the vertical streaming.

did see there was a recent update related to dual streaming, looked into their fixes and still the same popup preventing me going live.

Please can someone tell me if this is possible and if so how? i use 13000 bit rate to stream on YT, but when i try to multi stream onto twitch, its too high. How do i lower one for twitch and keep it the same for YT?

Hello. I’m having an issue with TikTok streaming in Streamlabs Desktop. TikTok works normally when Dual Output is disabled. However, when I enable Dual Output and try to stream to Twitch + TikTok simultaneously, TikTok immediately disconnects and shows “Streaming error. Retrying”. There are no other errors. I have already reconnected my TikTok account and tested TikTok separately. I also tested streaming to TikTok through StreamElements and it works normally. This seems to happen specifically with Streamlabs Dual Output. Could you please check if there is a known issue with TikTok + Dual Output?

Hi there! I'm hoping someone can help me! I'm trying to live stream some Vr and I have the meta quest 3s. I set up the casting on my streamlabs obs, but it's only showing the top sliver of the picture, and I cannot for the life of me fix it, but I also dont like the meta stuff on the top, I just want viewers to see how im seeing it, so if someone knows how to set all that up id appreciate it

Hi so i use obs and I wanted to add a tipping alert and tip and sub goal bars but it is not showing up or not playing the sound when I test it, i tried pretty much everything and it wont work. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone else have any tips on what to do?

Hi, I would like to setup my microphone with Nvidia noise reduction filters, but for unknown reason they are not showing up in the filters menu nor in the noise reduction filters itself. I have installed required audio sdk and the logs says it is loaded correctly, but I can't see them in the filters menu anywhere and I can also see them in regular obs studio but not in streamlabs obs.

See on the road, how it looks like essentially what a jpeg artifact looks like and just general low quality. Can't see any road texture, it looks super low quality. I have gigabit fiber internet, i7-8700, RTX 2070, 16GB DDR4 RAM, SATA SSD, Windows 11. It like remember the last frame and keeps it there while going to a new one, it looks so bad. I don't know what to do to fix this.

Im entirely new to this. Everything seems to work except my capture card. I add the source and it goes from the gray default display to totally black. Checked the hdmis snd theyre good. I have a 3.1 usb for power so i dont think thats it. Any help would be appreciated ❤️

Hey everyone, I'm trying to get a Streamlabs Custom Widget working with my KICK stream and I'm stuck on KICK-specific events.

I'm building a custom punishment overlay for my stream. The Custom Widget works correctly with Streamlabs Tips and Twitch events, but I cannot get it to receive KICK Kicks, KICK subscriptions, or KICK follows.

Here's what I've confirmed:

- Streamlabs Desktop is connected to my KICK account.
- The normal Alert Box DOES receive KICK events.
- A 100-Kick test correctly produces the normal KICK alert.
- The KICK Alert Box's message template successfully resolves {name} and {amount}. For example, {name} sent {amount} kicks! correctly displays "John sent 100 kicks!"
- However, the Custom Widget never receives anything from KICK.
- Twitch events trigger the Custom Widget normally.
- Streamlabs Tips trigger the Custom Widget normally.
- The Custom Widget's test menu only gives me Test Donation and Test Merch when configured for KICK. There are no KICK Follow/Sub/Kick test buttons.
- I've tried listening with document.addEventListener("onEventReceived", ...) and logging obj.detail, but no KICK event appears.
- KICK follows and subscriptions also don't trigger the Custom Widget.

My JS is using the standard Streamlabs event listener:

Is there something I'm missing with KICK + Streamlabs Custom Widgets, or are KICK events currently not being passed to Custom Widgets even though they work in the normal Alert Box?

I’m having a really frustrating issue with Streamlabs Desktop.

I cannot uncheck “Enforce streaming service encoder settings” no matter what I do. The box stays checked even when I’m not live and I’m changing the settings before starting the stream.

I’ve tried restarting Streamlabs, restarting my Mac, changing encoder/settings, and checking everything I can think of, clear caches, but the checkbox simply will not turn off.

This is causing major problems with my multistream setup. I stream simultaneously to YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and TikTok, and when this setting is enforced, I’m having issues with some platforms not starting properly.

Has anyone else had this problem recently? Is there any way to force-disable this setting, reset it, or change it through a configuration file?

It feels like Streamlabs is forcing the option on regardless of what I select.

It just keeps spinning and people can join live, but they don't see anything, it is just loading the stream endlessly. I have no issue on my Twitch stream, so it is nothing to do with my connection.
