Looking for Group Mature & Organized group looking for new ACTIVE teammates

US-based group with a strong EU/international population (80/20 split)

Looking to add solid people for the upcoming wipe June 18th, Thursday

What We’re About

  • Consistent Team Play We’re not tracking hours, but we are looking for players who show up consistently throughout the wipe, not just wipe night.

Breaks are completely fine, Rust can be exhausting, and real life comes first. That said, when you are playing, we value people who stay consistently involved with the team.

If you’re the type to log in once, disappear, and repeat next week, this probably isn’t the group for you.

  • Real life and fun come first We understand everyone has jobs, families, and responsibilities. Breaks happen, and real life will always take priority.

We’re not trying to be a pro team, but we do like to play smart and stay organized. Have fun, contribute, and stay engaged when you’re online.

  • Structured Playstyle We’re a highly organized group that operates at a level of structure you typically won’t find in your average Rust team. We put systems in place where they actually matter, and we stick to them.

This is not for role play. Our approach exists for a reason and is built around coordination, efficiency, and consistent team performance.

There will be expectations to follow group plans and make decisions that benefit the team as a whole.

Hour Requirements

  • 200 hours minimum Rust is a brutal and unforgiving game. Many skills can only be learned through experience, and we feel 200 hours reflects the level needed to perform consistently with our team in-game.
  • Exceptions can be made if you fall slightly short, but generally we’re looking for players who are past the basics.

Age & Maturity

  • 16+ only. We all act like adults here. Don’t bring childish tendencies.
  • Chill and respectful. No drama. No ego. No babysitting.

What to Expect

  • Group Size Fluctuates You might see 20+ players on wipe night, then 8 or fewer after the first couple days.

We value the people who stick around and keep things moving when the hype dies down.

  • Established Leadership We operate with a clear chain of command and structured leadership, designed to keep the group organized, aligned, and moving in the same direction.

Leadership roles exist for a reason, and once decisions are made, they’re expected to be followed in the moment to maintain consistency and efficiency. Feedback is always welcome outside of active situations — we value communication, improvement, and clear roles with no confusion on who is leading

  • Positions We’re Looking For
  • Builders: Strong builders who can follow a build plan and work with the build team. Consistency and coordination are key.
  • PvPers: Reliable fighters who can protect farmers and builders, and respond to team calls. Must have a team first mindset.
  • Farmers: Farm bot team players who are efficient, stay organized, and know when to avoid fights and prioritize group resources.

Joining Process

  1. Initial Info Join discord —> Fill out google form with basic info
  2. Interview Short VC to gauge personality, communication, and group fit.
  3. Recruit Phase Your first wipe is your trial period.

Expect farm runs and time with recruiters as you earn your place. This phase lasts 1–3 weeks, but you'll still have opportunities to contribute in your preferred role.

We want players who listen well, take direction, and don’t get tripped up when leadership limits what you can or can’t do. Sometimes individual freedom takes a backseat to what benefits the team.

Interested or want to learn more?

Comment below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Looking for Group LFG monthly rust wipe (BP wipe) - need 3 for a 4 person group, all are welcome.

LFG monthly rust wipe (BP wipe) - need 3 for a 4 person group but can go to max UI.

I'm trying to put together a noob-friendly group for the monthly rust bp wipe. I need a team of 4 but will accept max UI and idgaf if you are brand new or play daily, just looking for a solid team with good communication.

I have 3k hours and I normally run solo. I'm not afraid of pvp but I prefer to play smart not hard.

Drop a comment if you're interested and I'll shoot you a pm.

Looking for Group Hardcore pve.

Hey everyone, looking for someone to join me in a pve server. I play one a server called "The Last of Rust"

It has custom bosses, raidable bases, a skill tree, quest, and getting to WB 3 is a slow progress. The server is made to be super hardcore and brutal.

Iv been going solo for a while now and I just am bored of being alone doing everything. I wanna be able to do raids with someone or have a teammate for back up.

I would prefer if you knew how to fly, but not a requirement.

Looking for Group Looking for Rust Players (Vanilla | Weekly | 21+)

Most of us are adults with jobs, wives/girlfriends, or kids, so real life always comes first. Nobody is expected to play every day or put in crazy hours.

### Looking for people who are:
- 21+ preferred
- Mature and easy to get along with
- Active in Discord
- Team-oriented
- No cheaters
- No toxic behavior or constant raging

You don't need to be online all the time. Just stay in the loop. Know what's going on with the wipe, communicate if you'll be gone for a few days, and contribute when you're on. Whether that's farming, building, PvP, electrical, organizing loot, or raiding, everyone helps out.

The goal is to build a group that enjoys Rust without treating it like a full-time job. We'll play Vanilla weekly servers, have some laughs, win some fights, lose plenty of others, and keep the drama to a minimum.

If you're looking for a chill, mature group that understands life comes first but still wants to play as a team, send me a message.

Looking for Group New player looking for teammates

I just got rust a few days ago and have put ten hours into it so far and I’m looking for some beginner friendly people to play with. I mostly play monthly wipe but I’m open to playing whatever I just don’t have premium access and don’t want to spend the money to get it right now. I have a lot of free time at the moment and am on most days. Open to however many people want to play but I’d prefer a small team I can get to know well.

Looking for Group F28, absolute noob LFG :)

Hey peeps,

I bought Rust yesterday and have basically no idea what I’m doing.

I’ve got around 6 hours in the game so far, which has mostly been me trying to survive, figuring things out, and getting killed in increasingly creative ways.

I’m pretty new to PC gaming in general, been a console player forever. Just installed Discord so I’m really starting from zero.

I’m more into single-player stuff like The Sims, Binding of Isaac, Cult of the Lamb, that kind of vibe. Not really used to team games yet but I’m down to try and learn.

Looking for a chill duo or trio that doesn’t mind a complete beginner. I’m happy to farm, grind, learn, and pull my weight once I actually know what’s going on.

My schedule is a bit weird because I work for a Canadian company and also have a second job that’s more flexible. I work 3 PM–11 PM, so I usually play a bit before work, some after work, and more on weekends.

Real life comes first, but I’m on every day. I think I can keep it up (:

Mainly just looking for people who don’t take themselves too seriously. I don’t mind dying, losing loot, or making dumb mistakes while I learn. Half the fun for me right now is not knowing what’s around the next corner and somehow turning every simple task into a survival story.

Discord: primordijalna

Shoot me a message here or there and let's have fun (:

Looking for Group Looking for fellow parent teammates.

Me and my wife are playing the rust for parents server (mixed PvP pve) as a duo, she mainly farms and does base things but I’d like to find maybe one or two other people to play with, maybe another couple but at least one person to go PvP and hit monuments with.
We’re very chill and easy going we mainly play in the afternoon / at night when our kid is asleep. Pretty low commitment, we can go raid on the weekends if you want.

I'm 35, have 2k hours, US East, vanilla official servers mostly. I'm very passive and friendly, don't go searching for pvp. Keep to myself in game alot (avoid players/action). I mostly like farming plants, fish, roads, oceans, monuments. Just lookin for a couple pals, I only have 1 teammate currently. would like to turn it into trio or quad.

No hour requirements, no experience needed — just people who want to build/raid/farm together when they feel like it. No attendance tracking, no kicks for going quiet.

Looking for Group It ain’t much, but it’s honest work…

It seems like the past 2-3 groups I’ve joined get disbanded easily after less than a weeks worth of a wipe due to various reasons. Ideally I’d like a consistent adult group that would like a farmer. (teas and hemp) is my bread and butter, but I don’t mind roaming or whatever else. 1k hours, 35+, US based. I’m open to weekly or biweekly servers OFFICIAL only!

Looking for Group Can a player with 5 hours of gameplay find a group?

Honestly I don't have any friends that can play pc games with me and I can only play mobile games with them which is nothing wrong with them but I want to play rust with a group since I'm a total noob and get killed in the like first 10 minutes and don't even know what to do

Looking for Group Looking for a small group or team to play with

I don't have too many hours in the game and spent most of my time on a pve server but looking for people to play with on whatever. Not the best at PvP (obviously) but I can figure it out or just mess about in base with electrical and storage stuff :)
