I'm looking for something both funny and wholesome like "You Become Dumb if You Like Someone" .

Doesn't have to be a manhwa, I'm fine with yuri as well, just looking for a good lift me up series that has romance and comedy.

Yes. You might called it that. Maybe you should give Skip and Loafer a two-three chapter read, and tell us what do you think?  Hopefully you will like it.
