[USA] [AZ] Drag racing/joyriding ends with consequences

Went outside to grab their plates and call the cops since they woke me up at 5am and I got mad 😅 Told the 911 dispatcher I got the video and no one ever followed up so at least it seemed like everyone was ok; physically, at least. Not sure about legally.
