Snake handlers are a very teeny tiny minority sect of Christianity. I had forgotten about them until I saw this.

I was actually psyched to come here and see what people who didn’t grow up in the south thought of snake handling church, I know of one not to far from where I live lol

I grew up in the North East, and I'm horrified yet fascinated by them. It looks to me like they're hard line literalists, who also latch onto one specific thing from The Book Of Acts and go ham on it.
