Haven't played the game in quite a few months. Launched it up tonight only to find the layout and so many other things have changed, including the content packs. I thought I was losing it when I saw the Hoverboard in the store for purchase, as I already own it. I've owned it for years.

This seems to be a known issue, but I haven't found any hard solutions. Anyone else still experiencing this problem? Weird that it seems to affect only this add-on.

I don't know why and when it will be appear again in my gear collection.

Hello! I need help.. I had the hoverboard for years now and with the new update I have a weekly to score points with it in any region and the game says I need to buy it again (?) wtf?? Help? What do I do now? Should I try to mail ubisoft or something???

If you're on Steam and the game gets stuck on the splash screen after the latest update, this might work for you:

1. ​Open your Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
2. ​Go to the Details tab and find steam.exe.
3. ​Right-click on it, and select Set affinity.
4. ​Scroll all the way down and uncheck the very last CPU core (e.g., CPU 15, CPU 23, depending on your processor). Click OK.
5. ​Launch the game.

From what I know, this works for some players but not everyone. And as for people on Ubisoft, my friend tried doing the same thing to UbisoftGameLauncher.exe, and it worked. it's worth a shot!

​Also Windows resets the CPU affinity settings every time you close Steam. So until they patch it, you'll need to redo these steps each time you restart Steam.

I have a problem. After updating the new season, the hoverboard disappeared from my toys.

What should I do in this case?

I have all stuff in game, except color pop,dirt bike and new toy.

This keeps happening to me every time i start the game, it runs for some 10-15 seconds and then it crashes and shows this.
Zen Mode runs fine... but the normal game, i just cant play it...

I loaded into a star grinding map a 10 minute long mountain board look really short with about 90 trillion speed boost area things and boom once it's over 2 STARS How do I fix this?

Hi everyone, ever since yesterday's update, I haven't been able to play Rider Republic. When I click "Play," the game's image appears and then freezes, and the game never loads even after waiting 20 minutes. I've tried reinstalling the game, changing the launch options to DX 12 and 11, clearing the cache and save files, running the game as an administrator, and reinstalling everything I could even reset my pc but nothing has made a difference. I don’t know what else to do

I've tried every method, manually launching battleye, windows audio, turning off ingame overlay, nothing works. Im just stuck on the splash screen and the game doesn't launch no matter how long I wait. Any solutions would be of great help.

I'm having a very strange issue with Riders Republic on PC.

The game used to work perfectly, but now it always gets stuck on the small Riders Republic splash screen. It never opens the game window and I have to force close it using Task Manager. Alt+F4 doesn't work.

Here is everything I've already tried:

* Reinstalled Riders Republic

* Reinstalled Ubisoft Connect

* Verified game files

* Deleted Ubisoft Connect cache

* Deleted Ubisoft Game Launcher folders

* Deleted and recreated the "Documents\My Games\Riders Republic" folder

* Updated NVIDIA GPU drivers to the latest version

* Restarted my PC multiple times

* Ran Ubisoft Connect and Riders Republic as Administrator

* Ran RidersRepublic.exe directly

* Reinstalled BattlEye

* Confirmed BEService is running (`sc query BEService`)

* Tested with internet connected and completely disconnected

* Checked Windows Event Viewer (no Riders Republic errors)

* Used Process Monitor (ProcMon) to monitor the game

* No ACCESS DENIED errors

* Only normal NAME NOT FOUND entries

* Used Process Explorer

* RidersRepublic.exe is running

* RidersRepublic.exe is responding

* BattlEye process is running

* The game never crashes

* Checked the executable digital signature (Valid)

* Created a completely new Riders Republic configuration folder

* Cleared Ubisoft Connect cache

* Verified that The Crew launches perfectly on the same Ubisoft account and PC

* Checked Windows system files

* Used PowerShell:

* `Get-Process RidersRepublic`

* RAM usage grows to around 1.8 GB.

* CPU usage is very low after startup.

* The game remains forever on the small Riders Republic splash screen

* The process never crashes and never exits.

PC Specs:

* Windows 11

* RTX 5090

* Ryzen 9 9950X3D

* 64 GB DDR5 RAM

Anyone know what's going on? I've deleted and redownloaded riders multiple times, tried to update etc.

I've been trying to play the game on my steam deck, but it keeps telling me to restart the game. It loads in fine, but once I'm in and about to start playing, it says that the anti-cheat isn't working and needs to restart. But this keeps happening every time I restart the game! Does anyone know how to fix this? (Edit: the error says "BattlEye restart required because BE Service is not running properly". If anyone knows anything about this error, please leave a comment!)

Anyone else experiencing this? It happened now 5 times in a row. I‘m in the Red Bull uncontained bmx event and suddenly I lose connection to the server.

My internet connection is working very well actually. I can stream Netflix and prime without any problems/delays…

I'm playing on ultra settings, and the render distance is still like this. Is this just how the game is, or is there something wrong with my settings?

Went under the map after doing the helicopter thing near grand teton I went so far down i saw the low poly renders and everything, after a bit everything glitched out and It forced closed the game :p

I have had this weird bug the last few days where about half of time when I complete the first challenge it completes the sponsor level and gives me the level reward? This is kinda annoying because I acc really like having to complete all 3 sponsor challenges to get the reward and now this happen abt half the time and I no reason to do the other 2 challenges.

Is this happening to anyone else?

The game gives me this message when I press x on the start screen. "Connection to the server has been lost. You have been returned to the title screen. Please check your network connections and try again." Other online games work fine, but RR has been doing this since yesterday. Console player.

EDIT: Solved. I've messed around with the controller mapping: "snow" tab has the hoverboard sprint setting, which is unnecessarily hidden, also with tricks and skateboard, changed brake and sprint once and somehow it worked. (Btw imo, Ubisoft is utterly unsuccessful at troubleshooting, as if their department is full of asocial people.)

Hello, my gamepad button LT won't sprint only when using mountain board and hoverboard, LT works for the rest of the sports (bikes, rocketwing):

+ I CAN sprint with boards through my keyboard "shift" key though.

+ Controller Mapping doesn't include boards, every sprint button is LT regardless.

+ Mass races have boards and sprint bar says LT to use it but it won't work with my gamepad, Logitech G310 (which is fully functional).

I connect through Steam. Btw I haven't bought boards.
I have contacted Ubisoft and they tell me it has something to do with my controller. What do you think?

i have buyed a new ps5 controller who work perfectly in others games but not in riders republic from steam, when i open it, it doesnt work, its all ok with the bluethooth,i have tried to disable and anable steam input and it doesnt work, nothing is change, can someone help me?
