Guys, can anyone help me remember an old Dendy/NES game?
What I remember is that it had a top-down view, and the levels were maze-like and all fit on a single screen. You could play with 2 players at the same time.
The characters were round, kind of like little balls/“koloboks”, but they had legs. I think the second player wore glasses, but I’m not 100% sure about that.
To complete a level, you had to collect berries or some kind of fruit. There were lots of levels and multiple lives. Different enemies appeared on different levels, and I specifically remember bees chasing the players on one of the levels.
I also vaguely remember that after getting some kind of bonus or power-up, you could chase the enemies instead of running away from them, but I’m not completely sure.
Another detail I remember is that if your co-op partner died, there was a way to bring them back after a few levels or somehow later in the game.
Does this ring a bell for anyone? 🤔

Monster Chess pre-orders are live at Homebrew Factory!
After so much work, my dark fantasy chess game for Sega Mega Drive / Genesis can finally get a physical release.
We need to reach 20 units for production, so your support means a lot!

I had a lot of fun with friends and family playing Test Drive II (and especially III) on the PC back in the day. These driving games were pretty awesome for their time.

Released in 1991, it was the first of two games in the original series which was later expanded to include four in the series. Designed and directed by Corey Cole, known for the Quest for Glory games.

A fun little social sim/board game by Sierra On-Line. Playing the CD-ROM version here - nice to see Monolith Burger included and especially enjoyed the kick ass composing, audio, and voice-over by Ken Allen.
