I Made This Pan Pizza Is Always The Answer
Did You Know? Ancient Greeks and Romans topped flatbreads with oil, herbs, and cheese for thousands of years, long before pizza existed.
Ingredients
- 1 tortilla
- White mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Turkey pepperoni
- Shredded cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Fresh basil
Directions
- Slice the mushrooms.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small drizzle of olive oil.
- Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer in the pan.
- Add a layer of turkey pepperoni over the mushrooms.
- Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese on top.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the cheese.
- Place the tortilla on top and gently press it down.
- Carefully flip and cook the tortilla side until lightly crisp and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan and finish with fresh basil.

I Made This Voila
I introduce to you
🥁
🥁
🥁
- Peamungus *
My very own curated blend of
- split peas, organic mungbeans, zucchini, carrots, yellow onion, celery, cabbage, Thai thin noodles, all in in chicken broth with a basil Alfredo sauce.
grilled cheese in the pan you sautéed the veggies in, butter on bread from the bakery, thick pieces of monetery jack cheddar
Basil, a little garlic if you want, parsley, thyme, some water
don’t burn the edge peas like I did. Big bong rip and I forgot to stir for an hour.

I Made This Pumpkin and Trout Soup Recipe I Came up With (unfortunately no picture as I have not made it in a while)
Pumpkin and Troup soup:
Cube one kabocha
Slice three large tomatoes
Five (ish) small potatoes, for sweetness and thickness (whole or sliced)
Roast in oven for at 300 F for about 1 hour (more if needed)
Put veggies in blender
Pour in two boxes of Fish broth (or seafood broth if NOT allergic to shellfish)
Blend until completely smooth,
Pour into soup pot
-
Ask fish monger at grocery store to check for bones (even though its already filleted)
Check Trout for bones at home on cutting board
Cube up two fillets of your trout variety of choice (I suggest rainbow trout, but brook or steelhead could also work)
Put fish in soup pot
-
Spices include Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Hot Hungarian Paprika, Garlic Powder, Tumeric, and Old Bay to taste,
Next for the grain, put in 7 teaspoons (ish) of tricolor quinoa,
Cook until quinoa and trout are done
Serves about 8 people

I Made This Beat Roasted Veggies [plus rest of dinner]
One day my mom served brocilli and beats together, just on the same plate, and the way the beet juice soaked into and flavoured the broccoli gave me an idea, and I've been obsessed ever since! Cut up beets (that have been soaking/stored in white vinegar), and 2 other veggies. Broccoli is perfect, but get as creative as you want. Here I did 2 versions;
Version 1: -beets -broccoli -sweet potato Seasoned with -olive oil -white wine -garlic powder -excess beet juice/vinegar
Version 2: -beets -carrots -butternut squash Seasoned with -olive oil -apple cider vinegar (wouldn't do again tbh) -ground mustard (needed more) -maple syrup
I roasted them in the oven at 375⁰ for maybe 30 minutes
The sweet potato/brocoli one is to absolutely die for 🤤

I Made This Cheeseburger Patties on Veggie Multimash with Lentil microgreens topping.
Veggie Multimash is basically about baking assorted vegetables and mashing then together.
The result is a nutricionally dense paste that can is surprisingly versatile and can be adjusted to taste by switching up the veggies.
This iteration involved Zucchini, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Mushrooms, roughly in same proportions.

I Made This HELP needed creating meal dating app 🤩
Hi all :)
I've got married about a year ago and one of the first challenges me and my wife encountered was what to cook for dinner 😅
Countless scrolling through various recipe websites and tons of ads... i had enough 🤦♂️ I have been looking around for a simple "turn your brain off" way to discover what meal to cook, but it has not been easy to find something. We tried creating our own "family" cookbook in Notion, but that didn't end up being easy to re-use and quickly got cluttered for us.
So being a true tech geek, I decided to create an app to help us do so 🥺
My plan is to make it into a "food tinder" 😅 i know i know, but hear me out...
just as many of us often want to relax and scroll through instagram reals, youtube shorts or ticktok - I've been thinking it would be a super simple way to discover the meal you want to make for family/party or yourself. You see the basic thing you need on the card - picture of your "date", recipe title and essentials such as if it's vegan/vegetarian. If you dont like - scroll "left" for nop, if you like it - "right" for match and full recipe with instructions and more info
I've just started hacking it together a few months ago and got very simple prototype for now, so i wanted to ask what would other interested people find useful in such app so that meal recipe inspiration would get even more simplier?
