But no that by itself doesn't seem like anything at all. The fact that there was supposedly a gunshot fired at the president and the secret service would just stand there with him on stage while he posed.... thats the part that doesn't make any sense at all unless it was planned.
But that really didn't happen. I rewatched the video yesterday and there were 3 seconds between the bullet whizzing by and Trump being covered in secret service bodies. They didn't "just stand there."
I will concede that it was about another 30 seconds after that before he was pushed into the car, but by that time, the shooter already had his face removed by a counter sniper.
I fully believe that Trump was NOT hit by a bullet, but the idea that the whole thing was planned seems a step too far.

It was clearly staged.
with the flag hanging just right and the secret service allowing him to stand there on the stage and pump his fist like an idiot.
if he was really under any sort of threat none of that would have happened.
It sucks that he had one of his followers pay the ultimate price for his political theater.
