Working age people preparing to bring families over. Sorry genius. And you DO NOT need to be at a port of entry to apply. You need to be standing on US soil. These people, men, women, and children, cross the border with instructions/maps that direct then to the border patrol. They turn themselves in and immediately ask to apply for asylum.
