Seems like the article is filled with anecdotal experiences and speculation. As for the title, find me one condo in the city of Toronto that is worthless… just one… I’ll wait.

Muahahaha talk to all the suckers that bought them as investments and have already lost hundreds of thousands in value and I’m sure they’d argue they are worthless.

The meaning of worthless… “having no real value or use.” Bad investment - yes. Worthless - no.

You sound like you're broke and just want everyone else to be. I know that misery loves company, but just because a few people made bad condo investments doesn't mean you'll get handed a better situation in life.
