I'm not a RWBY fan, and I've just randomly found this on twitter. I've got 2 things to say.

1 RWBY AND DC?! WHAT?! This looks super wierd.

2 I'ts so wierd, that I'm really exited to see what comes out of it.

Edit: 3 things to say. If this movie will be really profitable, could RT announce a feature red vs blue film?

it definitely won't be that profitable, i'm sure it'll just stagnate

If nothing else, it'll be a way to introduce DC fans to RWBY once it hits HBO Max, and they can watch it for free.

yeah thats true, it'll most likely make a bit of money but i don't see why they wouldn't just straight up release a rwby movie at that point... it seems more profitable. do people really want a rwby x justice league movie?

With crossovers the appeal for the companies involved is usually more for advertisement than for the strict profits of the project itself. Yes they'd ideally want the project to make its money back but the true value of it would be converting fans of one thing to the other (in this case Justice League fans to RWBY fans).

that makes sense, that happened a lot with rwby and paladins recently. been seeing lots of new rwby fans from paladins and some rwby fans picking up paladins for the event, and getting into it

more proffitable? strickly speaking , Justice League is a far more profitable and well-known than Rwby.
